Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Loadout, the booking and player platform operated by IWG-IT ("we", "us") at loadout.be and its venue subdomains. By creating an account or using Loadout, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Loadout is
Loadout lets airsoft, paintball and laser tag venues ("operators") publish events and take bookings, and lets players book, pay, check in and track their play across venues. Loadout is a platform, not the venue. The event you book is provided by the operator, who is solely responsible for the activity, the field, safety, supervision and their house rules. Your booking forms a contract between you and that operator.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to hold a Loadout account. Venues may require you to be older to take part in their activities.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Bookings, payments and cancellations
- Each event sets how it is paid: on-site at the gate, an online deposit, or the full amount online.
- Online payments are handled by Stripe. By paying, you also accept Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.
- Prices, availability, deposits, coupons and cancellation cut-off times are set by the operator and shown at booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the operator's policy; where a refund is due, it is issued through Stripe.
- You must arrive on time and meet any conditions the operator sets (for example age, waivers or equipment).
4. Conduct and venue rules
- You must follow each venue's house rules, safety instructions and any equipment limits (such as FPS limits and restricted items) shown for that terrain.
- Operators may refuse entry, remove you, or record a ban ("blacklist") for safety or conduct reasons. A ban may, depending on the operator, be shared with other Loadout venues.
- Do not misuse the platform — no fraud, no interfering with the service, no accessing accounts or data that aren't yours, and no unlawful or abusive content (for example in profiles, team or loadout names).
5. Operators
If you use Loadout as an operator, staff member or marshal, you additionally agree that:
- you are responsible for your events, pricing, safety, refunds and for lawfully handling your players' data as an independent controller;
- you will connect a valid Stripe account to receive online payments and comply with Stripe's requirements;
- marshals you invite may run games and check players in on your behalf, within the limits you set, but cannot change your venue settings;
- you will use the blacklist and player data fairly, proportionately and only for legitimate safety and operational reasons.
6. Intellectual property
Loadout, its software, branding and content are owned by IWG-IT. You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the licence needed to host and display it to operate the service.
7. Safety, disclaimers and liability
Airsoft, paintball and laser tag are physical activities that carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and under the responsibility and rules of the venue, not Loadout.
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of operators or players, for the events themselves, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in an activity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to Loadout for the booking concerned.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Loadout and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the service, users or venues.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use Loadout after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
